No Standard Refund Policy
Our platform operates on a coin-based system, where customers purchase coins as needed to access services. We do not offer a standard refund or cancellation policy.
Refunds for Payment Failures
In the case of payment failures or issues during the transaction process, we thoroughly verify the problem and, if valid, refund the deducted amount to the customer’s account.
Coin Reversion for Technical Issues
If a technical issue causes coins to be deducted without the user receiving the intended service, we will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, reverse the coins to the customer’s account.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Koottukari, the amount will be credited to the customer within 5-7 working days.
No Refund for Used Coins
Once coins are used for services, they cannot be refunded or canceled. We encourage users to ensure their coins are used for the desired services.
